competitive . Open House Designs believes that developing the budget is a vital
part of the partnership between the client and the Project Manager. As the client,
you have an active role in developing a budget which suits you.
Will the price escalate as the work proceeds?
No. Once a price has been agreed in conjunction with the proposal of works Open
House Designs will honour that quote. Should any of the specifications change then
any subsequent costs will be agreed between the client and the Project Manager before
any further work commences.
Is there a contract?
The answer to this question is "Yes". A contract protects all parties and sets clear
guidelines about expectations and levels of service.
